Camp NAWIC is a day long camp that is designed to get middle and high school girls interested in construction. Our chapter is working to grow this event and hopes for this to be a full week in the future.

Big thanks to all 2019 sponsors and volunteers who made Camp NAWIC 2019 such a success. Last year was our first year hosting this event with only 3 students in attendance. On June 19th, we had 13 students attend this day camp to learn the  basic  skills  of  carpentry,  electrical, and plumbing in a hands-on  environment accompanied by several women role models. Camp activities also included a site tour, tool demonstration, and a tour of a mill work shop. This camp is designed to challenge high school girls to discover the many opportunities available in this exciting and rewarding field.
