Scholarships

NAWIC supports women in construction and, as a chapter, we want to support local students in the Columbus area. The NAWIC Columbus Chapter has created a scholarship that is intended to promote diversity in the construction industry. Our Scholarship is targeted to bring diversity to a construction related degree, trade, or vocational program. Any student in a construction related major attending a college or university, with at least one semester left, or any student currently enrolled in a trade or vocational program is eligible to receive this scholarship.

Our goal for this scholarship is to help students continue their education, while promoting diversity within the construction industry. The recipients who receive this scholarship will also receive a one year Student Membership towards the Columbus NAWIC Chapter.

Applications are processed though our National NAWIC Site via NFSF. Submissions for the 2023 NAWIC Columbus Scholarship are due no later than Tuesday, February 28th, 2023. Submissions after this date will not be accepted.
