The Tradeswomen Affinity Group was developed to bring the tradeswomen in the field and the women in the office together at one table for open conversation and shared experiences. The goals of this committee are to build stronger connections between women in the construction industry by developing a wider support system both on the job and in the workplace, engaging in open dialogue on topics that affect all women in construction and establishing relationships through team building and collaboration!
