Join a Committee!

Here is a peak into what type of events we host. We provide opportunities for women to succeed in professional development, education, networking, leadership training and public service. (Note: If you click on the slideshows, you can save the photos from each event!)

OUR Committees (2018 - 2019)

standing committees

A variety of committees have been established as a way to help our chapter run as smoothly as possible. Each committee meets separately from General and Board meetings to review topics relevant to their committee. All Standing Committees shall report to the Board prior to making any large decisions. To join a committee, please contact the chair or co-chair of that committee to get more information on how to join. All NAWIC members have the opportunity to be a part of any committee.

special committees

In addition to Standing Committees, each chapter has the option to have additional Special Committees. The following Special Committees have been established for the Columbus Chapter. While all Special Committees meet separately from general meetings, all committees report to the Board prior to making any large decisions. All NAWIC members have the opportunity to be a part of any committee as a chair, co-chair or as a member. Please see the following chair or co-chair of each committee for more information.
